Who processes your data?

De Mol Innovatie en Advies, trading as Mollund, processes personal data to operate the shop, fulfil orders and answer enquiries. Our business details appear below. For privacy enquiries, contact hej@mollund.se.

Orders, payments and enquiries

For real orders, we process your name, contact details, delivery and billing address, products, optional personalised name, order status and payment references to perform the contract. Invoices and records may be subject to legal retention duties. We process enquiries and withdrawal notices to handle your request. Do not include sensitive information in free-text fields.

Stripe and Mollie

We use Stripe and Mollie for payments. Your chosen provider processes payment, transaction and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms and, where applicable, as our processor. Mollund receives the information needed to handle payment and refunds. Never enter card details in contact or returns forms.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage, only after consent to analytics cookies. It may process page visits, device and browser details, approximate location and cookie identifiers. The integration does not load before consent, including for cookieless measurement. Google advertising features and advertising personalisation are disabled in this integration.

Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads

After marketing consent, Meta Pixel may measure page visits to evaluate advertising and support audiences. Meta may link this information to your Meta account under its terms. This implementation does not send entered names, email addresses, return details or payment details to the pixel. Automatic advanced matching and server-side Conversions API are not enabled.

Country and language

Our host derives a country code from your IP address: the Netherlands opens Dutch, Sweden opens Swedish and other or unknown countries open English. We do not send a separate location request to an external geolocation service. The site itself does not store an IP address for language selection. A language you choose takes priority and is remembered for up to 180 days. A VPN can affect country detection. If our host does not provide a country code, we use your preferred browser language. You can always select another language yourself.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary storage covers the basket, security, language and cookie preferences. Language (mollund_lang_v2) and consent (mollund_consent_v1) are kept for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies, such as _ga, are set only after consent; this integration sets a maximum lifetime of 180 days. Marketing: Meta may use _fbp and _fbc, typically for up to 90 days; exact behaviour also depends on Meta and your browser. Optional cookies are off by default.

Changing your choice

Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Use ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer to choose by purpose or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops further measurement by our integration and deletes accessible associated cookies. It does not automatically erase data already lawfully processed; contact us to request deletion. Cookies on a third-party domain can also be removed through your browser or that provider.

Recipients, retention and international transfers

We use hosting, delivery, payment and potentially email services to operate the shop. Final business details, specific retention periods and the supplier list must be completed before launch. We retain personal data only as needed for its purpose or a legal duty. Google, Meta and payment providers may process data outside the EEA. Appropriate safeguards must apply where required, such as applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. These arrangements and the Analytics data-retention setting must be checked before launch.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time. We normally respond within one month, subject to legal exceptions. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, Sweden’s IMY or the supervisory authority where you live. None of this limits your consumer rights.
