Returns & withdrawal

Use this form to prepare your withdrawal statement. You do not need to give a reason. You may also withdraw through any other unambiguous statement.

For non-exempt goods, you may withdraw without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you or your nominated recipient receives them. Where required for split deliveries, receipt of the last part determines the deadline. Notify us through the online function, model form or another unambiguous statement. A return authorisation number or our prior approval is not required. You then have 14 days from notification to send the goods back.

For ordinary withdrawal, you pay the direct return delivery costs, as disclosed before purchase. This does not prejudice your rights for defects, incorrect delivery or other failures by Mollund. Return items as complete and carefully packed as possible, preferably in their original packaging. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. Opened packaging or damage does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Only loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning may be deducted in accordance with law. Painting the product yourself may cause such loss in value. We explain any deduction specifically.

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, unless we collect them. For withdrawal from the full order, we also refund paid standard outbound delivery; extra charges for a premium delivery choice are excluded. We aim to process refunds within five working days of receipt or return evidence, without exceeding the applicable statutory deadline or imposing unnecessary inspection as a condition. Refunds are free and use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a free alternative. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
